Google Play Newsstand Magazines Available to Readers in France and Germany

The Google Play Newsstand is a standalone app that is part Google Currents and part Google Magazines. The company combined the two services last year to have an all in one offering for people who want to buy subscriptions to magazines and also read content from their favorite websites. The Newsstand app is free to download almost anywhere, but to purchase paid content is only available in select countries.
