Learn How to Use the New Content Reserve in Less than 5 Minutes

I get shopping anxiety very easily. If I'm in a store, any store, for more than 15 or 20 minutes, I get antsy and have to get going. Coupled with my inability to make quick decisions when faced with many options, I'm headed for an internal struggle if I happen to pass a well-stocked beer aisle.

So for me, Content Reserve sounds like something that would greatly enhance my quality of life if I were a selector. Finding exactly what I want and being able to leave right away is my ideal shopping experience. Especially with the thousands of new titles being added soon, we know that many libraries will want to stock up. We understand that time is limited for many of our school and library staff partners, and learning new things can be a daunting task. That is why we’ve created a shorter, no-frills module for the new Content Reserve. Log in. Get your titles. Log out. It really is that simple, and we can prove it.

Simply head over to our Learning Center On Demand page and view the ‘How to Submit a Purchase Order’ module. Of course, we still have our Collection Checklist training that shows you how to navigate through the entire site with all the bells and whistles, as well. If you have any questions, all of your personalized OverDrive contacts, including your Account Specialist and Collection Development Specialist, are conveniently listed under the 'Support' tab in Content Reserve. We'd also love to hear what you think about the new site, so feel free to let us know at feedback@overdrive.com. Happy shopping!

If you don’t currently have a Content Reserve account, be sure to contact your Account Specialist to set one up.
